Covers tourism, events, family visits and Umrah outside Hajj season — not Hajj, work or study. The fee includes mandatory medical insurance.

2. Visa on arrival

   The same visa issued at the immigration counter of Saudi international airports — useful if you didn’t apply in advance. Applying online first is faster.

3. Umrah visa

   For Muslims travelling for Umrah: the visa is issued with an Umrah package from a licensed agent through the Nusuk system — darbiya arranges the visa, hotels, transport and permits. Umrah visas are not issued in the weeks around Hajj.

4. Free stopover visa — up to 96 hours

   Flying Saudia or flynas through a Saudi airport to another country? Add the free stopover visa while booking (small insurance and admin fee). Stay up to four days — enough for Umrah with a Nusuk permit and a visit to Madinah.
