- Book in the app: wheelchairs and golf carts can be booked in the Tanaqol app, or at the cart points in the mosque.
- Electric carts (golf carts) for Tawaf and Sa'i, from Ajyad Bridge (Gate 3, in front of Al Safwa Hotel), the first- and second-floor mezzanine next to King Abdulaziz Gate, and Shubaikah Bridge (Gate 64). Fees published by the Authority: SAR 100 for Tawaf, SAR 100 for Sa'i, SAR 200 for a complete Umrah. Free for people with disabilities.
- Advanced manual carts (fee-based, booked through the Authority's mobility platform): Sa'i area first floor via the Al-Arqam stairs (Gate 16), Ajyad near Safa Palace, and the western courtyard next to Gate 64.
- Free manual wheelchairs have been offered in the eastern courtyard (Bab al-Salam, Gate 19) and the western courtyard (Gate 64); locations change by season.
- In Madinah, the service centres around Masjid an-Nabawi lend wheelchairs (see below).
