- Free for up to 4 hours, bags up to 7 kg. Show your Umrah permit in Nusuk. Bags only — not loose items in sacks. Keep the claim ticket to collect.
- Storage centres: western courtyard (opposite Gate 64, Shubaikah), Ajyad Street, the eastern courtyard near the Makkah Library, and the services building of the Third Saudi Expansion.
- Drop-off / collection points at main gates, including King Abdulaziz Gate (1), King Fahd Gate (79), the Umrah Gate and Gate 100.
- Bags are tagged with a QR code and kept on monitored shelves. In Ramadan the service runs around the clock.
- Keep passports, money and medicines with you.
