- Ages: boys from 1½ to 6 years, girls from 1½ to 9 years.
- Fee: the first hour is free; a small fee applies for each extra hour.
- Makkah: centres in the Third Saudi Expansion (next to Gates 100 and 104 in Ramadan), near the Haram emergency hospital, with meals, a play area and a sleeping room.
- Madinah: three centres — northern courtyard (Gates 27–28), southern courtyard (opposite Gate 37) and eastern courtyard (opposite Gate 34).
- The centres are not yet equipped for children with disabilities.
- Register through the “Children's Nursery Center” e-service on alharamain.gov.sa.
