- Permit: book “Praying in the Noble Rawdah” in the Nusuk app. One permit is allowed every 365 days; an instant-access option can appear when you are near the mosque.
- Men: from 2:00 am until Fajr, and from 11:20 am until Isha.
- Women: from after Fajr until 11:00 am, and from after Isha until 2:00 am.
- Fridays: hours are adjusted around Jumu'ah — women's morning slot ends at 9:00 am; men have a late-morning slot and a slot after Jumu'ah. Check the time on your permit.
- Entry: through the southern courtyards opposite Gate 37, following the marked routes. Elderly visitors may enter in a wheelchair under the set rules.
- Changing a slot: times cannot be edited — cancel in Nusuk before the permit time and book again.
- Salam to the Prophet ﷺ (the greeting at the sacred chamber) does not need a booking.
- The Authority reports an average wait of about 20 minutes before entry and more than 10 million worshippers in the Rawdah in 2024.
